Essential Oils

For quite a while I have wanted to try essential oils. I have many friends that use them and love them. I have gone to many "make-and-take" parties and love the products that I've made. But I have never taken the plunge and actually bought them for myself. I think the main reason for this is simply how much they cost. A young living starter kit is approximately $160! Of course I could have just bought one or two oils to try and gone from there, but knowing myself this would not be enough. I knew if I were to try them I would want to explore everything essential oils have to offer. Recently, I again got curious. I heard a friend at work talking about young living and how much she loved her new oils. I saw another friend post to facebook about young living and her oils. So I decided to ask some more questions... and I did it! I finally took the plunge and bought a young living starter kit. And let me tell you, I love it! It comes with 11 different oils, a diffuser, and a lot of information. I have also found a ton of information on pinterest regarding different combinations to use in the diffuser and household products to make and use around the house. My goal is to eventually make all my own household cleaners (I've already been making my own laundry soap for a couple years).
